All personalized items are made to order. Changes or cancellations are not allowed once production has started.
2️⃣ Payment Methods

• PayMaya
• Bank Transfer (BPI & Landbank)
• COD (when available)
📌 Partial payment is required for bulk orders.
3️⃣ Shipping & Delivery
We ship via:
• J&T Express
• LBC
• Lalamove (nearby areas)
• Courier of your choice (if available)
🚚 Estimated delivery:
3–5 business days after production.
📍 Pick-up is also available.
4️⃣ Refunds & Returns
Customized items are non-refundable unless:
• Damaged upon arrival
• Wrong item due to our error
📩 Please contact us within 24–48 hours with photo proof.
5️⃣ Design Privacy & Usage
Your personalized design will not be reused for other customers.
📌 However, completed orders may be posted as proof of transaction or portfolio display unless you request privacy.
