📄 TERMS & CONDITIONS

1️⃣ Orders & Customized Products
All personalized items are made to order. Changes or cancellations are not allowed once production has started.

2️⃣ Payment Methods
We accept:
• GCash
• PayMaya
• Bank Transfer (BPI & Landbank)
• COD (when available)

📌 Partial payment is required for bulk orders.

3️⃣ Shipping & Delivery
We ship via:
• J&T Express
• LBC
• Lalamove (nearby areas)
• Courier of your choice (if available)

🚚 Estimated delivery:
3–5 business days after production.
📍 Pick-up is also available.

4️⃣ Refunds & Returns
Customized items are non-refundable unless:
• Damaged upon arrival
• Wrong item due to our error

📩 Please contact us within 24–48 hours with photo proof.

5️⃣ Design Privacy & Usage
Your personalized design will not be reused for other customers.

📌 However, completed orders may be posted as proof of transaction or portfolio display unless you request privacy.

3️⃣ FREE layout/mockup will be sent for approval 😊

4️⃣ Production starts after confirmation (1–3 business days)

5️⃣ Final product photo will be sent before shipping 📦

A: Yes! Wholesale pricing is available for 10+ items.

Q: Can I change my order?
A: Only before production starts.

Q: Do you send previews before production?
A: Yes, we provide FREE layout/mockups.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll assist you immediately.
